Hi Mcfatty.. i finally manage to see your channel in english and am very happy. However i noticed there were very few recipes upladed there. Kindly upload yr videos there too as i cannot read mandarin andvcan understand little cantonese. I believe alot of people don't know how to find yr channel. Perhaps yr chinese channek can mention the english channel. I look foeard to many epidodes on yr engish channel. Tqsm

For steaming , I usually just use a portable induction cooker( which usually uses for hot pot). For other cooking methods, I use a town gas(ie. methane) stovetop.

我覺得可以將咸蛋白加入蛋槳蒸可以唔洗放鹽,蒸出來肉餅汁可最後加在蒸蛋上 🤔
其實原本有咁嘅想法。但我控制唔到鹹蛋白嘅鹹度,又驚錯手倒太多鹹蛋白返唔到轉頭,但鹽就易調較啲。

碟底塗油最主要原因係防止肉餅黐底
係,我都係咁諗(lum)。但我又諗(lum),如果黐底好似都冇咩問題,黐住反而蒸水蛋啲蛋液唔會流去中間肉餅底部,好似更好。😅
@@McFattyHK 如果考慮埋蒸水蛋嘅話都係嘅,不過以前啲“廚”認為肉餅“至高境界”係蒸完後個肉餅係可以同個碟分離但又可以“同步移動”的,再者啲汁亦可以用嚟”撈飯”。
